My Story
Since I was a little girl, I’ve been captivated by the human body and the intricate connection between the brain and the rest of the system. What began with reading children’s books eventually led me to delve into anatomy and physiology while earning my degree in physiotherapy at university. Throughout my journey, one core belief has always guided me: health is the highest value, and the body functions as a whole. I’ve learned that treating the body holistically—addressing its physical, emotional, and mental aspects—promotes lasting healing. I’ve discovered natural pain relief and posture correction techniques that don’t require surgery or medication, focusing instead on movement and various passive methods. After graduating in 2010, I visited Mallorca in 2011 and immediately fell in love with the island’s energy. I moved here in 2013, and since then, I’ve been helping people live healthier lives, improve their backs, and achieve natural pain relief. In 2023, I discovered the Spinal Flow Technique, which completely amazed me with its gentle approach, effectiveness, and remarkable results. I decided to become a certified practitioner, and my mission now is to help you restore balance, experience more ease and less anxiety, relieve pain naturally, and live a fulfilling life without relying on invasive treatments or medication. I’d love to be part of your journey toward better health.

I truly believe in the body´s ability to heal itself. My approach is centered around providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your personal healing journey. I take the time to listen to your concerns and develop a treatment plan that is specifically designed to support your individual needs. In my work, I am guided by my core values, which are:
